- Waste reduction: Selective sorting, reduction of single-use plastics and recycling of recyclable products, in particular bio-waste with our service provider Alter Gaïa and the Circul'Air association.
- Sustainable food: Use of organic products, vegetarian options and breakfast and dinner buffets prepared with bulk products. Our partner ‘Too good to go’ helps us combat food waste by offering breakfast and restaurant baskets online.
- Eco-friendly cleaning: Use of environmentally friendly and ‘Eco-labelled’ cleaning products.

Our partner, the LPO, regularly assists us with the installation of nesting boxes and other elements to encourage the settlement of bird species present in Charente Maritime.
